Interview
3 month long process, 3 video interviews, one of which included a presentation to prepare. I was offered the position, but it took 2 weeks to hear back from them after I inquired about the salary range (was never discussed in the interview process). They rescinded the offer. It was a strange interview process, HR was not involved. I would have accepted at the rate they offered even though it was below my expectations, but I didn't get the chance.
