Symphony Talent interview questions

I was asked too many questions in the first round for around an hour. However, I cleared the first round and the second round was took by the Senior Manager which also went pretty well. However, I was rejected when I called the HR I got to know the reason was mismatched skillset which sounds to be illogical, if the skills were not matching the interviewer would have rejected me in the first round itself. Lousy management. i feel the reason is the compensation because I was asked the expectations at the end of the round by the senior manager which is very unlikely.

The interview process was laid back and more like a conversation. I was asked questions that pertained to the role itself, as opposed to filler questions. Everyone I spoke to was really nice and helpful, and informed me of a typical day in the life of my role. I have started my role with ST, and these people still check up on me.
