I applied in-person. I interviewed at SymphonyAI (Bengaluru) in Sep 2018
Interview
1st round with Team
2nd Managerial
Went through the first round and got it cleared, they ask are you an referral which i was not, then they were done with the technical questions and asked me to work on some things as US manager would be having another round and would be emphasizing on those topics , HR asked to stay back and take one second round with an offshore manger, that went for 30 mins after which he said will get connected to you soon. later in the day i messaged HR and she said the technical skills didnt match.wondering how can skills mis match after 2 rounds or they might have got an referral as they were looking for it.

Interview
I was invited for a second coding interview and spent an hour of my time on it. However, after that, I received no follow-up communication. This lack of response is disappointing and reflects a lack of respect for candidates' time. Given this experience, I would decline any future opportunities with the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SymphonyAI
Interview
I got a call from HR, and the whole process took only 1 week.
Rounds:
2 technical rounds
1 HR Round
1 F2F HR Round.
They told me I was selected, collected documents, and everything. After all these rounds, they kept me hanging for ~2 weeks. After that, they told me the CEO is reevaluating the use of roles and freezing the hiring process. I never added reviews because I understand things happen, but I saw 1 more review, which was also kind of the same story; that's why I added my experience as well.
In the end, this is not very professional behaviour, and they should respect the time and energy put in by candidates as well.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SymphonyAI (Palo Alto, CA) in Jan 2024
