I applied online. I interviewed at SymphonyAI (London, England)
Interview
I was invited for a second coding interview and spent an hour of my time on it. However, after that, I received no follow-up communication. This lack of response is disappointing and reflects a lack of respect for candidates' time. Given this experience, I would decline any future opportunities with the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SymphonyAI
Interview
I got a call from HR, and the whole process took only 1 week.
Rounds:
2 technical rounds
1 HR Round
1 F2F HR Round.
They told me I was selected, collected documents, and everything. After all these rounds, they kept me hanging for ~2 weeks. After that, they told me the CEO is reevaluating the use of roles and freezing the hiring process. I never added reviews because I understand things happen, but I saw 1 more review, which was also kind of the same story; that's why I added my experience as well.
In the end, this is not very professional behaviour, and they should respect the time and energy put in by candidates as well.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SymphonyAI (Palo Alto, CA) in Jan 2024
