Three rounds of interviews: 1. Phone screen with in-house HR recruiter 2. Technical interview with hiring manager 3. Technical interview with a member from Infrastructure The interviews were pretty general but focused a lot of my own background and experience, and how they relate to the role I applied for. After the three rounds, they told me I was overqualified. Maybe let me know prior to sitting through 3 interviews.
