1. The one guy didn’t even show up and didn't have clairvoyance enough to send me an email to let me know he wasn't going to show despite it being in the invite. When he did end up meeting me 3 days later, he wasn't really prepared and seemed like he was pulling pretty bad questions out of thin air. That was after he showed up 5 minutes late, and when he did show up, he went on some random rant about San Francisco and how he takes an Uber to avoid walking past homeless people. He wasn’t prepared but was the only person who read my resume. He asked me questions for about 10 minutes and didn’t seem remotely prepared. He didn't even apologize for missing the interview a few days ago.   2. Another lady showed up 5 minutes late and admitted she didn’t even read my resume. After 10 minutes, she asked if I had any questions for her, and we ended 5 minutes early as I could tell she didn’t want to be there. That means she took 10 minutes asking me questions. One of which she worded poorly so I had to re-answer. What could she possibly know about me after 10 minutes, added to the fact she didn't even read my resume?   3. Another lady was nice enough, but she asked me disqualifying questions and argued about whether I’d be ready to work for a company with so many employees. She left me 3 minutes to ask her questions. In the middle of my interview, I asked her a question while answering her behavioral interview question; I had to ask it twice because she wasn’t even listening or paying attention.  I did that to check if she was paying attention. Evidently, she wasn't.   So, in reality, I knew I wasn’t really even given a real chance to get the job cause none of the other leaders really seemed engaged or bothered and seemed to have made their minds up before they even showed up. This is definitely a good thing as I couldn't imagine working with any of those leaders.
