The interview process consisted of multiple rounds. It began with an HR discussion covering my background, experience, and career aspirations. The technical rounds focused primarily on AI-related topics, including Generative AI concepts, AI-assisted software development, AI agents, prompt engineering, and practical AI use cases in enterprise applications. There were also discussions on my experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, and my current project. The interviewers assessed both my technical expertise and my ability to apply AI to improve software development and business solutions.

Very professional and candidate-friendly interview process, These were two stages of interview during which technical knowledge and personal approach was tested. Very nice approach towards candidate. I would summarise the whole recruitment process as a very professional process.
