Interviewed first with a very capable and communicative Recruiting Manager, then had three additional phone interviews: hiring manager, the VP and a colleague. The conversations went very well but Symplicity elected to go with an internal candidate. I was sorry to not get an offer of course, but I was really pleased with the communication and would happily interview again for another role in the future.
