I had an interview scheduled for a Monday and never received a call. I reached out after about half an hour. The following day I received communication stating they needed to reschedule and asking for my availability for the following day. I submitted my availability and again nothing. Finally, they reached out and rescheduled again for the beginning of the following week. The interview actually took place but was only 3 questions, one of which was about my salary expectations. I asked when I could expect to hear back and was told by the end of the week. Crickets again. I reached out and asked for an update on Monday (Friday was the given deadline to hear back) and was told Wednesday that I wasn't what they were looking for but that they would keep me in mind for future openings. I was really disappointed as I was really excited about this company, but it just felt like a total blow-off.
