I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Symrise (Jacksonville, FL) in Nov 2018
Interview
I applied through my college's career website and was selected for an on campus interview. The on-campus interview was fairly straight forward and they asked mostly behavior questions and asked more about what was on my resume. A week later I was invited to an on-site interview in Jacksonville, FL. The on-site was a full day of interviews and they took you out to lunch with some of the current process and production engineers there. The questions were also behavioral based and they asked questions that were on my resume. It seemed that they wanted to get a better sense of your personality and how you handle situations.
