The process started out great. Submitted resume and heard from HR the same day. Had an interview the next day for a 30 minute HR screening. The next day, HR reached out to set up interview with hiring manager 9 days later. About a month later I had an interview with one of the founders. Two weeks later I followed up with hiring manager on status. He did not reply at all (and we had emailed after the interview). Another week later I followed up with HR on status. She replied that she would get back to me in a week. That was two months ago and I have not heard a word. I assume they hired someone else which is fine, but they never let me know. All interviews went great. They were easy conversations about my experience and I have no doubt I was a top candidate.
