It seems that this company is one of those companies posting “jobs” with no intention of hiring, or the hiring process is just all-around terrible. I received an email requesting an interview for this position. Later, I had to reschedule the interview because of a family medical emergency. Then, the day before my interview, I get a message saying that they would no longer be hiring for the position, and that they are taking the position down and “holding on it.” Sure enough, I saw the job reposted on LinkedIn one day later, and I also saw it stay up on their website. I reached back out, not letting them know that I saw the job reposted but just asking for feedback and any other jobs they see fit with my resume and experience. I was then ghosted. I sent a follow up about a week later, and was still ghosted. If my resume wasn’t good enough, or they decided to go with someone else, or if they never planned on filling the job to begin with ,!it would have required the bare minimum of respect to tell me that. Run for the hills, you might be applying to a fake “job”posting.
