I applied online via LinkedIn and I got contacted about a week later. I had worked with two recruiters and had an initial phone screen in which I learned a little more about the opportunity/environment as well as went over my experience and background.
Once I arrived for my interview I learned that I would be meeting with the director of finance instead of the sales managers as it was "the end of month" and they were extremely busy(why schedule interviews then?). I sat with the director of finance(very nice woman) and asked her a number of questions, most she could answer but there were a few that she had to write down and said she'd email me the answers. She gave me a tour of their facility, which is very nice and recently expanded, and I was able to meet one other account manager in passing.
Overall, I didn't have a good experience interviewing with Syncfusion because quite frankly, it was a waste of time meeting with a director of finance for a sales position. I'd advise the recruiters to not schedule interviews for the end of the month as it really is a reflection of how unorganized your company is.

I didn't really have any difficult questions. The director of finance pretty much did most of the talking, she was surprisingly long winded.
Lol seriously. This can't be the way they really conduct interviews. I could literally find a high school business class taker and ask him/her to conduct an interview. The result would be what I experienced with this garbage. It was like they were reading out of a book of questions to ask on an interview...actually that might be too much for their budget...it was like they googled interview questions and then asked them.
