Simple process. I applied through Linkedin and contacted within one week to set up a phone interview. The HR rep that contacted me was disinterested in the conversation. Within minutes I already knew that it would unlikely to make it further in the interview process because of her apathy and unwillingness to do her job properly. I didn't mind this since I only applied because it was easy, and I had even read before the phone interview how miserable it is to work in their sales department. The questions were simple, short and easy, but there was nothing I could have said to get this lady excited.
