The process lasted 2 weeks and entailed 2 phone screens, with a final 2 hour onsite where you'd meet w/ several team members including some exec members. Recruiters and direct managers were super open with the interview process and very transparent w/ next steps. Interviews themselves were very conversational - which made it easy for me to open up and be myself. They typically walk with you around the block (Pioneer Square) to grab coffee or lunch which also was pretty cool and disarming.
