My interview experience was disappointing. I interviewed with a few members of the team. The initial reach out period was quick as well as the first interview. From that point on it went downhill. I was told I would be moved on to additional rounds and it took weeks to finally get that scheduled. There was limited email responses when reaching out. After the final interview I never heard anything back. I have worked in busy businesses so understand that things can take time but to not even tell a candidate that you are not moving forward feels really awful from the candidate experience side. Some of the people I talked to were wonderful and asked amazing questions. The company mission is amazing and felt what they are doing is going to make an impact. I had a friend interview here as well and the same thing happened to them with poor communication and zero follow up after final interview.
