Phone Screen initial interview. I've interviewed more than 5 times flying from my perspective city and flying into DFW airport. The 1st interview was great. I was told to be prepared for the STAR format interview, but it was more casual. I moved to a 2nd interview and was offered the job then got an email the next day rescinding the offer with no explanation at all.
