I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Syneos Health (Cleveland, OH) in Sep 2023
Interview
Very friendly, professional interview process. The manager was kind, professional, and transparent. I was told what he was looking for in a candidate and how the contract would operate. I was also told more about the company I would be contracted with as well as desired qualifications.

Question 1
Scenario based questions, past job experiences, examples of customer interactions.
The interview process is as fine as can be given that it was zoom. I was offered the role and declined because the windshield time for a very entry level position wasn't worth the entry level salary
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Syneos Health (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
3 Interviews. 2 with managers for contract company and 1 with Syneos manager. Interviews were all very exciting and informative. Nothing too crazy like “sell me this pen”. Know information about what you’re applying to sell and show them you have an interest in selling.

Are you comfortable trying to change habits & hear the word no? Why do you want to be in pharmaceutical sales?
I applied online. I interviewed at Syneos Health (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was structured and went well overall. It consisted of four stages: a recruiter call, a self-recorded video interview, a panel interview, and a final interview. Afterward, they mentioned conducting a background check, drug panel, and MVR check. The entire experience felt standard, and I found it to be a positive one.
