In syneos health the interview process Was little bit difficult, question level was standard but one can crack if they have worked sincerely in pharmacovigilance domain. But here they usually lay off their employees.

HR call after shortlisting followed by technical video interview. Documents submission after interview, then HR called for job offer. The person who took technical interview was normal and humble. But HR exhibited too much know it all attitude throughout the process and he tried to dominate the whole conversation. As a recruitor you should have respect for other professional as well, if you have experience in your field then so does the other person have in their field, you can not always reinforce your opinions on candidate for your sake of benefit.
