Thank you for your feedback. This candidate did not interview with Syner-G. She was approached by HR for a 5-minute chat to screen the candidate. She argued with HR for some time about why she should learn the client's name. When she was told that we do not disclose client names she continued to argue and got an attitude with HR. HR politely said thank you and we wish you luck on your job search. Our 1099's must sign non-solicitation and subcontractor agreements before learning client names. Ultimately, phone etiquette was the reason for rejecting this candidate. Thank you for applying and we wish you luck in your job search.
