I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SynergisticIT in Jun 2019
Interview
Turned down any offers after the company scheduled a technical review with me and then didn't call at the designated time. The same day they called me to remind me I had one, in which I stated I was ready and set time aside for the phone call. During the first attempt, the recruiter called me the next day saying he hadn't sent over my resume due to feeling under the weather, though he had called me that day 4 hours before the interviewer. I decided I would make another attempt and was contacted the day of the interview. When the designated time came around, I received no phone call, and the next day was emailed about "unforeseen events." Very unprofessional experience.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SynergisticIT in Feb 2024
Interview
It was a good experience overall. The interviewer was friendly. She just asked me about my background, resume, and career goals. I also needed to talk to the manager about the program
They responded pretty quickly to my emails. Though, the only downside is that they will call you without scheduling a phone call. At times, they will keep on calling you even if you don't pick up.
Asked about my qualifications over the phone. Mainly if I knew Java. Then scheduled a proper interview. The interview was more of the same. Just standard interview questions. After looking them up on Google, I read that you have to pay for your own training if you don't stay with the company for 3 years. That in itself is reason not to go with this company.
