Interview
In depth interview with the director, supervisor and a team member of the customer service department. Friendly people, made me feel comfortable throughout. Only negative is that they didn't get me back to me after the interview. During the interview, they confirmed that I would hear back from them within a week but no response whatsoever from the company.

First call with a HR on call, it was about 20 mins. She was very nice and friendly, and arranged the second interview just after the call.
Second interview was with a hiring manager on zoom. it was about 30 mins long. He explained a lot about the company and the role, but didn't ask many questions.
After the second interview, there's no any update, even I sent a email for follow-up, they NEVER reply my email.
