Process took 1 day... Within a weak got the offer letter. Office location is good. Weak days interview. Standard process. The overall process took 2 to 3 hours . so can mannage.

Recruiters for Syniverse must be clueless. Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn for a software engineer role. I accepted and went through the recruiter screen. After that got grilled by a panel of 3 Indians (for a US role) about my SQL and Data Engineering skills. I don’t have data engineering skills because I am a software engineer. So clearly the engineers wanted something different from what the recruiters are casting a net for.
