Part 1: HR Representative - Asks about your background, gives an introduction to the company, asks about personality, work experiences, etc. Written test (mainly presenting different customer scenarios and asking how you would respond, this part is in English) Stage 2: Current Sales Assistant - Asks again about personality and work experiences, gives detailed description of job (as this is also what she does), presents work-related scenarios and asks how you would approach them. Stage 3: Sales Director - Asks whether you have a passion for this field, why you want to come in, what sort of electronics you use and what you do with them, your short term and long term goal.
