Interview
1. Phone screening - I spoke with the DiscoverIT recruiter about the program and expectations for the interview process 2. Panel interview - I sat with 2 people from Synoptek and 4 other candidates for an hour and a half. There were questions that were open to be answered. I wasn't expected to answer every question. Questions were focused on experience and what-if's. 3. 1:1 interview - Met with one representative that had some questions about how I'd handle certain situations and a riddle. 4. CEO interview - Met with the CEO, he only had a few questions and a riddle. It wasn't about figuring out the riddle, it was a tough one, but more about explaining your process of how to figure it out and how you communicate through that.
