Hiring manager reached out directly to set date and time for interview. Video interview lasted about 45 min to and hour. HR partner then called and set up second interview over the phone with another manager for second opinion. 4 weeks later was told they are still interviewing but to hang tight. After that was told a decision should be made in a week . At this point they do not call or email. Only after another 3 weeks and a few emails did someone finally send a standard decline email
