Applied online was called in for an interview. Interview with the teller manager and the branch manager, interview went very well. Shortly after about 8 questions it become a informative session where they told me about sales goals and competition by staff and just how the institution runs. I went a little further in giving them some sales tips and the importance of providing exceptional customer service.
I was called the day after the interview with an offer which I was elated in accepting.
