Interview process was pretty straight forward. First interview consisted of current and past job questions with the branch manager. Second interview consisted of more behavioral questions with a higher up. Overall, nothing too bad as long as your honest with your answers!

What would you do if someone accused you of making an error?
It was definitely an easy and straight forward process. In order to be considered for an interview, you must pass an online assessment that tests basic customer service and money handling skills. I did extremely well therefore the interview mainly consisted of telling me my responsibilities. I was offered the position later that day.

Interview
The interview was very laid back, yet informative. The manager asked me questions about how I would deal with irate customers and what good ideas I had to bring in new business.I had a chance to meet several people in the branch and even got a tour the branch.
