By far, the worst interview process I've ever had. Company scheduled an interview with me. I waited for my interviewer to call. About 30 minutes of waiting without receiving a call, I received an email that they just reviewed my profile and have seen that I’d require sponsorship for employment so they can’t go forward with the interview. The next day, someone from HR called me for an interview without scheduling a new call with me, saying they’ve decided to make an exception because I’ve a strong profile/resume. The interview went well IMO. She said I should expect to hear back about 2 weeks regarding next steps. I never heard back. No calls, no emails not even a rejection email. The HR person won’t reply my text. They just ghosted me.
