Initial phone call from HR, then a sit-down with panel that lasted about 45 minutes. I was definitely not a good fit and it was uncomfortable almost from the beginning. Don't know if it was an age thing, a woman thing or what - but I'm glad I didn't get the job. Negative vibe.
