Synthetaic IT Supervisor interview questions

I interviewed for an “IT Supervisor” role, but the responsibilities described were closer to a Systems Administrator position with no supervisory duties. The hiring process was long and unclear, with multiple delays and discussion of a “verbal offer” instead of a formal written one. The role was also set to report to HR rather than IT leadership, which raised concerns about alignment. Ultimately, I chose not to move forward.
