I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Syracuse University in Mar 2022
Interview
I applied online, received request to schedule interview with hiring manager. I was immediately scheduled for a second round, to include other staff members. Prior to the second interview, I received a random email from a liaison asking to speak with me about the position. I spoke with the individual, who suggested their role was to provide assistance with the hiring process, etc. I then had the second round interview, which included the hiring manager and 3 other staff members. I followed up as usual a few days later, but did not receive a response from the hiring manager and never received any follow up regarding the status of the position.

It was great, I have one phone screening with the hiring manager and a half day campus interview with the rest of the team to gauge my fit. The entire process felt relaxed.
