Met in a hotel lobby. Interviewer was dressed casual and I was in a pressed suit. I felt very over dressed. Interview was not conducted professionally. I felt as if the company was not sure what direction it was headed in because the interviewer told me they recently had to make a lot of moves in upper managment.
