Interview
First interview was an phone which was recorded and was approx. 15 min.
Followed by in person interview with typical questions. The interview lasted approx 45 minutes. I was informed that I was the 2 applicant and the process would take 3-4 weeks.
Process was good had a pleasant conversation which was 20 minutes long the interviewer was warm and empathetic. She asked me a few questions like tell me about yourself? Why Sysco ? And I got the result in a few days
The interview wasn't as intense as initially thought to be. It was an overall great interview and I truly have no complaints about it. The hiring Manager was a great interviewer as well.
