Applied as an internal applicant having already been at the company for a few years. HR at this company is a mess. They provided the hiring manager with the wrong resume and address even though I had an updated profile. When manager went to confirm with HR, HR told them the wrong thing. Hiring manager decided not to even contact me to confirm until a month later letting me know they weren't offering "relocation bonuses" as a way to decline me even a peer-to-peer conversation about why I was even interested in the position. Told them I wasn't relocating anyway as I live in the area they are hiring for the position and then hiring manager came up with another excuse on why they didn't want to even have a conversation with someone who is already an employee in the organization. The lack of respect to a fellow coworker and the dishonesty/inability to be transparent about real reasons demonstrates the extreme unprofessionalism associated with this company.
