I was given a lot of opportunity to learn about the business from different disciplines at Senior VP and Senior Director level within Systech during the interview process, which was obviously a great start. It was a simple enough process with 3 main interviews (1 telephone call, 1 meeting and 1 video call) and 2 additional calls which I think were more for my comfort factor to learn more about the business at senior level. The Senior Director of Global Account Management who I would report to and the Senior VP of Global Sales were both very direct and open about my queries about the business and processes. They made the interview process an enjoyable two-way process which was much appreciated. Overall, the interview process was smooth, enjoyable and very informative.
