I was impressed that the interview process went so smoothly since it was during the Covid-19 close down. They set up video interviews which was so much better than just phone interviews. I think I ended up having 4 interviews in total, which is pretty normal. They also explained that there were so many interviews because they want to ensure a good fit with new people because they want to keep people on staff for years.
