Handed CV into the store and was called a few months later. Had a friendly interview with store manager. Lasted around 30 minutes. From my experience of working here they typically hire around September to recruit staff for the Christmas period on a temporary basis but opportunities to be given a permanent contract are often offered.

Company knowledge, experience in dealing with difficult customers
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
