online assessment based on different situations where you have to select most likely and least likely. theres is also an in person interview where you are asked about situations where you showed a certain quality.

what was a situation where you showed problem solving skills
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

What prior experience have you had that makes you think you're a good fit for this role?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
