I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (London, England) in May 2019
Interview
Very simple - just a questionnaire test to see what kind of worker you are and if you would be fit for the job. Then an interview asking very basic retail questions

Question 1
Why i want to work in retail and in tk maxx specifically
My experience - talk through cv
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

Question 1
What prior experience have you had that makes you think you're a good fit for this role?
It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
