The process was quick. I handed my cv in before the summer and I received a call. They were quite understanding about my lack of experience. This was my first retail job.

It was a group interview with fairly generic retail scenarios. It was straight forward and pretty relaxed, not intense at all. You can bounce off from other answers in the room!
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.
