T.K. Maxx Store Associate interview questions

Applied for the job and completed an online assessment which consisted of multiple choice questions based on how you would handle different scenarios in the work place. Following this, I was contacted by the manager to arrange an interview in store. The interview was straightforward and felt more just like a chat with the assistant manager. Was asked general competency questions and about how I have handled difficult situations in the past. Was contacted the same day with an offer. Overall a really positive experience.
