First you had to apply online. Since it was a corporate position. Of course I also went to some of the franchise stores in person in the Tampa region being my wife and three kids had just moved from NY. I needed a job. I got a response in two weeks they set up the interview date and the rest is history. dress to impress not to intimidate. Piece of cake
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Durham, NC) in Jun 2015

Long and unprofessional, everyone is constantly on PTO so just be prepared for delays. Don't be afraid when you talk to the director, their knowledge would be like a general managers knowledge at any other wireless company. I wouldn't waste your time though, because I really caution you to work there. Especially if you are a woman be prepared for a boys club and sexual harassment. If you show you are smart, or not willing to do unethical practices, they will tell you they are separating you.
