I applied in-person. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Denver, CO) in Oct 2016
Interview
Very healthy back and forth, open ended questions with room to interpret, comfortable laid back setting. Was with existing manager so there was already knowledge of my skills. Went over yearly sales and performance. Looked at strengths and weaknesses and found areas for improvement. No pressure whatsoever and overall enjoyable experience.
The interview felt relaxed and conversational. The interviewer asked clear, straightforward questions about my experience and goals. I felt prepared, confident, and comfortable throughout, making it an easy and positive experience overall.
straight forward process really robust areas of questioning revolving around sales and customer service. Overall the interview was smooth straight forward the managers were well versed in asking detailed questions.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Latham, NY) in Nov 2025
Interview
Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
