Digital interview where I answered questions with my phone's front facing camera, then an in-person interview consisting of a few questions, a role-play and sitting with an agent on the floor to listen to a few calls. Got an email telling me I didn't get the job with zero explanation, after they made me wait a week for a background check. I've never even been arrested in my life and I have over five years of call center experience, so I'm not sure why they felt I wasn't a good fit.
