The interview process is very selective, the pay and benefits and schedules are a huge bonus so it is very hard to get in the door. Most people apply atleast twice before they get called. The training program is 5 weeks long, full pay and 40 hours after you pass the interview. They are very in depth and the culture is harmonious.
