Two in-person, panel interviews after a phone screening. The offer was given to an internal candidate from their internship program.
The direct manager was quite rude during the second panel, interrupting, making condescending remarks, etc. Then the recruiter aggressively pressed for salary history once the panels finished.
Contrasting T-Mobile's interview process with another Eastside tech company (where I was hired weeks later), I feel confident and honest in saying their interview process was unprofessional. Don't let them waste your time.
You can't judge an entire company by one department, but this one left me with a poor impression. Bullet dodged!
