One interview with a coach (supervisor) one on one, they have some pretty standard questions they will ask you. Nothing will be off the cuff. They will ask you about past expierences with you past jobs. They will aslo ask questions to find out how customer service oriented you are.

You will only make it this far if you score high in the online assesment and pass the background check. They will ask you questions about phones and try and guage your technical skills. Example what is the first thing you do if a phone won't turn on?
