After applying and taking the entrance exams there was a video interview where you record yourself answering pre-recorded questions. After that, you are called in for a face to face interview and within a few days you will hear back if you got the job. It was the most laid back interview ever, which is probably a testament to the lady who does the interviewing, as she is an awesome person.
