I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Factoria, WA) in Jun 2018
Interview
HR director contacted me through email to schedule a phone interview. The next day we had a nice chat and I was then referred to the hiring manager and had another phone interview. That went well and was brought in for a face-to-face interview with hiring manager, Dept. director, and peer for 3 separate 30 min interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked to critique a website and a few printed pieces in development.
I made it to the first round, which was a review with the hiring manager. The interview was casual, and we didn't see each other face-to-face on the Zoom call, which was strange.
